ABOUT EA’s Classes
The EA body class is a females refined fitness and health workout class created by Ea Ehn, born from her personal journey through life-threatening illness and full-body rehabilitation. After surviving a rare uterine cancer diagnosis at 17, facing heart complications, and car accident, Ea began studying the body with scientific precision and intuitive depth.
Over more than a decade, she combined principles from Western medicine, Eastern healing traditions, manual therapy, somatic movement, and her own background as an athlete to build a method that restores both the internal body (organs, fascia, energy flow) and the external form (strength, posture, aesthetics). She applied this method to heal herself — and in 2019 her practice expanded to New York City, where she refined the system while working with women from creative, high-performance, and wellness communities.
Today, the EA body classes are known for helping women reconnect to the intelligence of their bodies, release deep stress, support internal organ health, and sculpt a naturally toned, graceful figure.

EA, the Body Virtual
A complete, full-body toning class designed to strengthen, lengthen, and sculpt using techniques rooted in Pilates mat work.
The mat becomes your intelligent tool — a companion that teaches you to initiate movement from your core, improving control, stability, and sensual awareness.

A fully personalised session that strengthens and shapes your entire body using one of our signature apparatuses — a multifunctional tools which targets deep stabilising muscles in the legs, glutes, arms, and upper body, often missed in traditional workouts.

Every session includes fascia-focused work. Fascia is a web of connective tissue, primarily made up of collagen, that attaches, stabilises and separates muscles and internal organs. Fascia — the collagen-rich web — is central to all EA’s classes. Healthy fascia supports emotional balance, fluid movement, posture, and internal organ function. Through specific class design and class patterns rooted in yoga, Pilates, ballet, and somatic release, we hydrate, soften, and reorganise the fascia so your body moves with ease and intuition.
