About The “Workout” Mode & Live Classes

EA Live classes are combinations of breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation, a series of low impact stretching while triggering acupressure points, journalling and guided mediation.

Each class is designed to help internal and external health by releasing stress, massaging internal organs, and redistributing energy to activate your own life-force energy.

BREAKDOWN OF EA LIVE CLASS

Breathing: Breathing techniques are used during stretching as well on their own to help people harness the power of their breath and increase oxygen within body.

Stretching: involves exercise techniques and methods used in various movement modalities.

Music: added to increase energetic exploration. Ea incorporate carefully selected music that serves as a supportive sound to your own practise.

Journalling: added clear out mental energy.

Meditation: meditations based on mindfulness practices to help participants to create a relationship with their nerve-system to bring a greater sense of clarity.
