Upcoming Changes & Announcements April 2025

1. Helsinki Studio Opening – I am thrilled to be opening my first studio in Helsinki, where I will personally guide classes to make this method more accessible to all of you.

2. Online Membership Launch (May 4th) – Weekly classes will be available online for members and non-members. More details to come.

3. New EA LIVE Schedule Starting May 5th:

• New York: Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:15 AM

• Helsinki: Tuesday & Thursday 13.15pm

4. 41-day Challenge Update

• The next challenge starts April 22nd—details will be sent via email.

• New subscribers will be added to the email list starting April 22nd.

Holiday Content

Next week will be our final class before the break. During the holiday, I will provide new/ old content so you can continue your practice. Everything will be sent to you via email—just follow along.
